Office Volunteer

Are you within easy travelling distance of Witney (Oxfordshire) and have a bit of spare time on your hands? Do you see the value in the small things in life and love to be in the right place at the right time? 

You may be just what we're looking for...

Our office near Witney sends out much needed prayer material and resources to supporters all across the UK and Ireland. But we cannot do it on our own. We would be lost without the extra pairs of hands to stuff envelopes, make up resource packs and help out with general office tasks. 

You are...

• someone who enjoys lightening the load for others and being part of the team
• as neat with the 500th resource pack as you are with the first
• able to focus on the task in hand
• happy to follow instructions but can gently point out inconsistencies so we can fix them

You may even have previous experience of office administration, data entry or filing.

You will be...

• helping our office team to get the right resources and information to the right supporters at the right time
• packing up resource packs or stuffing envelopes
• offering a regular number of hours per week or simply be on the sidelines, ready to be called in when there's a lot to be done

We will help you by welcoming you into the office team and showing you all you need to know to get the task done. We will keep your cup filled with tea or coffee and help you learn more about the wider ministry.
